摘  要:为解决空调加湿高压雾化喷嘴堵塞后难于修复问题,通过研究喷嘴内部结构,设计制作一个简易的喷嘴检漏、检堵试验装置,利用压缩空气作为检测泄漏的压力源,对问题喷嘴进行修复。试验结果表明:使用该装置对问题喷嘴修复率达65%,且制作简易、经济实用、使用方便,可解决喷嘴滴漏、堵塞修复问题,也可作为喷嘴合格验收的检测工具。In order to solve the nozzle clogging issue which is difficult to repair for humidifying using the high-pressure micro mist,through studying on nozzle's internal structure,one simple nozzle congestion and leak detection experimental device is designed and processed.This device uses compressed air as pressure source of leak detection to repair the nozzle with issue.The experimental results show that using this experimental device,the repair rate of the nozzles with issue is up to 65%.It is simple to make,economic and practical,as well as easy to use.It can solve the repair issues of the nozzle congestion and leak.It also can be used as a testing tool for qualified nozzle's acceptance.
