摘 要:目的探讨左归降糖清肝方含药血清对脂肪酸孵育的人肝细胞株(Hep G2)细胞内甘油三酯(TG)含量的影响。方法用混合脂肪酸孵育的Hep G 2细胞建立细胞脂肪变性模型;将实验分为正常组,模型组,5%、10%、15%含药血清组,油红O染色法检测细胞内脂质沉积,同时定量检测细胞内TG含量。结果 0.5 mmol/L混合脂肪酸孵育Hep G2细胞24 h,可诱导细胞内TG大量沉积,而10%、15%左归降糖清肝方含药血清可抑制脂肪酸这一效应,使细胞内TG含量明显下降(P<0.01)。结论左归降糖清肝方含药血清可改善脂肪酸诱导的Hep G2细胞脂肪变性。Objective To investigate the effect of Zuogui Jiangtang Qinggan Recipe( ZJQR) on triglyceride( TG) accumulation in Hep G2 cells induced by fatty acid mixed.Methods The cell model of steatosis was established by fatty acid mixed in Hep G2 cells.The experiments were divided into control,model,5%,10%,15% medicated serum groups.The amount of TG in Hep G2 cells was quantitatively analyzed by oil red O staining method.Results The fatty acid mixed( 0.5 mmol / L) resulted in significant steatosis in Hep G2 cells.The10%,15% medicated serum inhibited the effect of the fatty acid mixed,and significantly reduced the intracellular TG content.Conclusions ZJQR is able to ameliorate the excessive TG accumulation in Hep G2 cells induced by fatty acid mixed.
