摘  要:利用45Ca跨膜测量的方法检测了圆背角无齿蚌外套膜细胞Ca2+的内流与外溢,探讨了硫酸铜和pH值两种常见的水化因子对Ca2+内流的影响。结果表明:蚌外套膜细胞Ca2+内流量在高钾溶液中并无明显增加;硫酸铜能显著地阻滞蚌外套膜细胞的钙代谢,随着其浓度的升高,Ca2+内流量明显降低,1μg/g的硫酸铜处理外套膜后,Ca2+内流量显著低于对照;当pH值在3-9的范围内,Ca2+内流量无显著波动,但当pH值升至11时,Ca2+的内流显著减少,仅为其它pH值的1/6左右。在静息状态下,蚌外套膜细胞中的Ca2+在0-80 min内随时间延长逐渐外溢,使组织中的放射性降低。The effects of CuSO4 and pH on Ca2 + transmembrane influx and efflux of mantle in Anodonta woodiano paciflca Heuda were studied with the method of 45Ca transmembranes determination. The results showed that high-concentration of KCl solution had no effect on the Ca2 + flux in mantle epithelium; CuSO4 was proved to inhib-ite Ca metabolism significantly, for it could decrease the Ca2 + influx of mantle in the concentration dependent manner, and Ca2+ influx decreased markedly even in 1μg/g CuSO4 compared with the control. The Ca2+ influx showed stable in the pH of 3-9, while pH increased to 11, the Ca2+ influx decreased to 1/6 of the others. We also examined the Ca2 + efflux of mantle in shell in calm condition, the results proved that the radioactivity in mantle was decreased gradually during 0-80 min.
