摘  要:为研究高温热管翅在应用过程中倾斜放置对换热设备的性能影响 ,对一高温热管翅在不同倾斜角度下进行实验 ,比较分析该高温热管翅在不同角度下起动、稳态运行的工作情况。实验结果表明 ,在起动过程中 ,倾斜角度的变化对蒸发段温度影响不大 ,但对冷凝段末端温度有一定的影响 ,特别是在低功率下工作时。在稳定状态运行时 ,传热系数随功率的增加而增大 ,同一功率下热管翅倾斜放置在 4 5°的位置传热性能最好。In order to observe the effect of the inclination angle on operational behavior, a high-temperature heat pipe fin was tested. The operation performance at different angle was investigated. The result shows that, when the heat pipe fin is positioned with any inclination, from θ=0° to θ=90° with respected to the vertical, the evaporator inlet temperature remains almost constant during the start-up period, while the condenser end temperature has the large difference, especially at lower input power. Further analysis shows that the heat transfer coefficient at the steady state increases with the increase of the input power. The largest heat transfer coefficient is obtained and the least temperature drop is encountered at inclination of around 45°
