摘　　要：翻袋式离心机有一特殊的固相物料排出机构即滤袋翻转机构 ,滤袋翻转机构是翻袋式离心机最重要的部件之一。为改善翻袋式离心机的性能 ,通过对现有 2种滤袋翻转机构的特点分析 ,研究设计了 1种新型的翻袋机构 ,减少了转动零件的数量 ,提高了可靠性 ,降低了机器成本。The inverting filter centrifuge has a special solids transport mechanism-filter inverting mechanism . The mechanism is the most important part of the centrifuge. In order to improve the centrifuge, two filter inverting mechanisms were studied and a new solid transport mechanism was put forward and discussed.Because the amount of the rotating parts was reduced,the new mechanism is more reliable and the cost of the machine is lower.
