摘　　要：社区治安管理要不断创新思路,因地制宜。企业社区治安管理模式是建立在符合改革要求的新公共管理理论科学理念基础上的,社区治安管理模式在企业社区的新发展新探索。这种模式符合现阶段我国治安防控需要的,是科学的、适用的模式。它充分发挥了社区中企业的物力、财力资源,有利于实现企业管理的良好制度模式向社区治安管理模式的转化。新模式的构建要求成功范例为样本探讨企业社区治安管理模式的可行性,以为我国企业社区治安管理模式构建提供借鉴。Security administration model of the entrepreneurial community is based on the new public management theory which is of scientific concepts.It is the new exploration of security administration model in the business community.This pattern is a scientific and applicable model which is consistent with the demand of Crime prevention and control.It is meaningful for all participants to improve the competitive spirit and make them in good cooperation.In order to provide proposal for the construction of security administration model of the entrepreneurial community,the paper takes Shiying community in Xiangfan as an example to talk about the feasibility of this model.
