摘  要:随着风电并网容量的迅速增加,风力发电本身运行特性给电网带来的问题越来越突出。当夜间风速较高,而系统负荷处于低谷时,风电场最大可能发电量会大于系统调度指令值,风电场出力受到限制,将产生大量弃风;同时,由于风力发电不具有像常规机组那样调频控制能力,风电的大规模并网加大了系统的调频压力。因此,提出限出力条件下风电场参与系统调频的控制策略,利用限出力条件下风电场的弃风功率,通过附加风电场调频控制器,对系统频率下降的情况进行调控。仿真结果表明,根据所提出的调控策略,可有效减轻系统调频压力,提高系统频率恢复能力,并且能尽可能多地利用弃风功率,提高风电场风能利用率。With the rapid increase in wind power capacity,operating characteristics of wind power in itself bring more problems to the grid. When the wind speed at night is high,and the system load is low,the maximum possible power generation of wind farms may be greater than the value of the system scheduling instructions. Wind farm output is restricted,which will produce a large amount of abandoned wind; meanwhile,since wind power generators can not have similar frequency regulation characteristics as conventional generators,when more and more wind power integrates into the grid,the grid frequency regulation will become more difficult. So a strategy for wind farms to participate in the system frequency regulation under restricted output condition is proposed. By using wind farm's abandoned power under restricted output condition and additional frequency regulation controller,wind farm participates in controlling the system frequency fall. Simulation results show that by using the proposed strategy,a wind farm can effectively relieve system frequency regulation pressure,and improve the resilience of the system frequency,then use as much as possible the abandoned wind power,and increase the utilization rate of wind energy.
