摘  要:纯水冷却技术是大功率电力电子装置冷却的主要技术,纯水冷却系统准确合理的设计、稳定可靠的运行同电力电子装置同等重要。冷却系统的压力损失计算和水泵扬程的匹配对设备的安全稳定运行至关重要,对设备制造和运行成本的控制有着重要意义。介绍一款用于水冷系统设计校核的软件,能够迅速计算整个水冷系统的压力损失,并对主循环水泵进行准确选型,不仅提高工作效率,确保设计质量,而且对水冷系统制造和运行成本的控制也起到积极作用。Pure water cooling technology is a main technology for cooling high power electronic device. The reasonable design, stable and reliable operation of pure water cooling system is as important as the power electronic device. To calculate the pressure loss and match the pump head is important for operating the equipment safely and steadily. And it also has an important influence for controlling equipment manufacturing and operating cost. A kind of software that is used for design checks of water cooling system is introduced. It can quickly calculate the pressure loss of the whole water cooling system, and it can accurately select the type of main circulating pump. This not only improves work efficiency and guarantees design quality, but also plays a positive role in controlling manufacturing and operating cost of water cooling system.
