摘 要:针对中低压母线因未配置专用的快速保护而易发生故障问题,当前以弧光信号、过流信号与逻辑构成的电弧光保护装置,逐步得到广泛应用,其10 ms的动作速度,一定程度上满足中低压母线、配电柜内发生弧光故障时需快速切除故障的要求。然而由于弧光元件极易受干扰,且未考虑弧光发生的原因而被动防御,同时现有电弧光保护装置的结构及配置要求较高,且有较大缺陷而不易满足现场要求,在此基础上分析弧光故障的形成及发展,提出将超声波引入电弧光保护的理论,并对其进行试验验证。最后在已有四合一装置的基础上增加板件及保护模块,开发NCE600RF-D系列超声闭锁智能电弧光保测装置,并通过现场及实验测试,验证其可行性,并显著改善现场的运行性能。Due to the fact that low voltage busbar has no special fast protection configured, fault happens easily. Now arc protection device, based on “AND” logic of the arc signal and over current signal, is gradually used in low voltage distribution network. The 10ms tripping speed, to some extent, meets the requirement for the need to quickly remove fault when arc faults happen in low-voltage busbar and power distribution cabinet. However, due to the fact that the arc components are vulnerable to interference, and only conduct passive defense for not considering the reasons for the occurrence of the arc, while the requirements for the structure and configuration of the existing arc protection device are high, and because there is a large defect, it is not easy to meet the site requirements. On this basis, the formation and development of arc fault are analyzed. The theory of introducing ultrasonic into arc protection is put forward and experimentally verified. For the existing devices based on this foundation, protection panels and modules are increased. NCE600RF-D series ultrasound atresia intelligent arc protection and measuring device is developed. And through a variety of field and laboratory tests, its feasibility is verified. It is put into operation in the field, and significantly improves operating performance.
