摘  要:纳米颗粒介孔组装体系的光学特性是纳米材料领域的重要研究内容,采用浸泡-氢还原的方法制得Ag/SiO2介孔组装体系,通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品进行表征,使用分光光度计(Cary5EUV-Vir)对在不同还原温度下制得的样品进行光吸收测量。TEM结果证明银颗粒近似为球形,呈高度弥散且均匀分布于介孔之中,颗粒直径约为5nm。光吸收测量结果发现,在还原性气氛H2中制备的样品表现出Ag纳米颗粒的吸收,即由自由电子共振引起的表面等离子体共振(SPR)吸收峰,且随着处理温度的升高,吸收边红移。The study of optical properties of nanoparticle mesoporous assembly system is an important subject in nanomaterial science. Ag/SiO_2 mesoporous assembly composites were prepared via sol-gel route. The microstructure of the composite was characterized by TEM and the optical absorption measurement of the samples prepared at different temperatures was carried out by spectroscopy (Cary 5E UV-Vir). The TEM result proved that the nanosized silver particles existed in the mesoporosity of the tested sample with a highly uniform distribution. The optical absorption result indicated that the samples prepared under reducing atmosphere H2 have the surface plasma resonance (SPR) absorption caused by nanosized Ag particles, and the optical absorption edges red-shifted with the increase of the temperature. And the mechanism was also discussed in this paper.
