摘　　要：牛精清(bovineseminalplasmaBSP)蛋白家族共有四种蛋白质,分别为BSP A1、BSP A2、BSP A3、和BSP 30 KDa。BSP结构上由a和b两个功能区组成。a区是肝素结合位点,b区与磷脂胆碱结合。BSP主要由精囊腺和输精管的壶腹部分泌。在雄性生殖道内BSP保证精子的稳定,在雌性生殖道内BSP协同高密度磷脂蛋白、肝素诱导精子获能。Bovine seminal plasma protein family contains four kinds of proteins, namely BSP-A1,BSP-A2,BSP-A3,and BSP-30-Kda.These proteins are secretory products of seminal vesicle, and have two functional domains(a and b).Domain a is a heparin-binding site.Domain b bind to choline phospholipids . BSP stabilize sperm membrane in male genial tract,while potentiate sperm capacitation by bind to high density lipoprotein and heparin in female genial tract.;
