75例婴幼儿肛瘘一次切开治疗体会

摘　　要：采用中西医结合一次切开开放引流术治疗婴幼儿肛瘘 75例 ,疗程最短 7天 ,最长 17天 ,平均 12天 。Seventy-five children with anal fistula were cured by single one incision for open drainage. The shortest course was 7 days and the longest was 17 days, averaging 12 days. No relapse and sequela were surveyed.
