摘　　要：随着电子商务的发展,电子商务标准问题越来越受到人们的重视。本文主要通过AVNET公司成功实施RosettaNet的案例,研究了电子商务标准成功实施以后对于企业流程和交易成本的影响,从定性和定量两个角度给出了电子商务标准给企业带来的益处,并且分析了保证成功实施电子商务标准的一些因素。With the rapid development of E-business, the standards of E-business become more and more important. By study of the cases on implementing RosettaNet E-business Standard successfully in AVNET Company, this paper studies the impact of RosettaNet standard on the business flow and exchange cost. The advantage that E-business brings to enterprises is also given. Furthermore, some influential factors that make sure the implementation successful are analyzed.
