胰高血糖素刺激试验在2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的　进一步研究胰高血糖素刺激试验在 2型糖尿病 (DM 2 )患者中的应用价值。方法　应用放射免疫法分别测定正常对照组和年龄组、病程组、BMI组的三对亚组空腹C肽、胰高血糖素刺激后 6minC肽水平。结果　≤ 50岁组的 6minC肽明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5) ;年龄组 :≤ 50岁和 >50岁两个亚组的空腹血浆C肽、6minC肽以及C肽增加率的差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5) ;病程组 :>10年组的 6minC肽显著小于≤ 10年组 (P <0 0 1) ,两个亚组的空腹C肽、C肽增加率差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5) ;BMI组 :≥ 2 5kg/m2 组的空腹C肽、刺激后 6minC肽均显著大于 <2 5kg/m2 组 (P均 <0 0 5) ,C肽增加率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application of intrav en ous glucagon stimulation test in type 2 diabetic patients.MethodsSerum C-peptide (C-p) levels of fasting and 6 min after glucagon injection we re measured with radioimmunoassay method.C-peptide levels in groups of healthy c ontrol with groups of different ages,disease duration and body mass index (BMI) were compared.Results6 min’s C-p levels were lower in ≤50 ag e group than those in healthy control group (P<0 05).There were no signific ant difference in fasting C-p levels,6-min’s C-p levels and increasing percenta ge of C-p between ≤50 and >50 age group (P>0 05).6 min’s C-p levels after glucagon injection were lower in disease duration >10 years group than those in ≤10 years group(p<0.01).Fasting C-p levels and 6 min’s C-p levels were highe r in BMI≥25kg/m 2 group than those in <25kg/m 2 group(P<0 05).Ther e were no significant differences in the increased percentage of C-p between dif ferent BMI (P>0 05).ConclusionIntravenous glucagon stimul ation test is of clinical value in distinguishing the difference of pancreas isl et function in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
