摘　　要：江苏风险投资总的发展态势良好,但也存在一些国内比较普遍的问题。江苏具有发展风险投资的基本条件和迫切要求,完全有可能和有必要实行超前发展的战略,遵照风险投资的发展规律和运作特点,借鉴国外和省外的成功经验,结合本省的实际,采取相应的对策,在发展风险投资方面有所突破和有所创新。The situation of risk investment in Jiangsu Province is good in general. But there exist some domestic common problems. Having basic condition and urgent requirement of developing risk investment, it's possible and necessary for Jiangsu to adopt pre-development strategy. Considering risk investment rules and its running characteristic, following the successful experience of foreign countries and other provinces, Jiangsu should take some creative measures based on the actual situation.
