摘　　要：针对水幕冷却控制系统的难点 ,作者采用专家系统技术 ,把工艺专家不精确的经验知识进行知识表示 ,存储于计算机 ,以知识库为基础 ,运用一定的推理策略 ,以钢种 15MnV为例进行冷却制度设定。仿真结果表明 ,系统对各种规格的钢板均可根据工艺专家的经验知识进行冷却制度的设定以及冷却制度的评价和优选 ,对生产工艺进行专家式的指导。In the light of the difficulties of water-curtain cooling control system,adopted expert system technology, the inaccurate knowledge of expertise can be expressed and stored in the computer. Based on the knowledge base and managed the reasoning methods,as a sample of steel plate 15MnV ,the cooling rule can be set. The simulating result shows that the cooling rule of all kinds of plates can be set, evaluated and optimized. The producing process can be instructed by the system like an expert.
