摘　　要：目的　研究感冒清热颗粒中苦地丁薄层色谱 ( TL C)实验方法 ,筛选可靠的 TL C鉴别方法。方法　采用 TL C鉴别方法。结果　确定本品 TL C鉴别提取方法、展开剂和薄层板类型。结论　该方法灵敏、准确、可靠 ,获得的 TL C图谱清晰、持久 。Objective To study the procedure of thin layer chromatography (TLC) to check the ingredient Herba corydalis bungeanae in coryza antipyretic granules,and choose a dependable identification method of TLC.Methods Using the TLC operation to check the ingredient.Results Repeated experiments were performed to find out a dependable procedure,including the choice of extraction,developing,and the type of chromatoplates.Conclusion The procedure chosen by the author is sensitive,accurate,and reliable,with a sharp TLC image,clear and enduring;it is good for the quality control of the medicine coryza antipyretic granules.
