复感宁方治疗肺脾气虚挟湿滞型复感儿疗效观察

摘　　要：以李宜瑞教授经验方“复感宁方”治疗肺脾气虚挟湿滞型复感儿 33例 ,并与西药组多抗甲素对照。结果 ,治疗组总有效率 90 9% ,对照组总有效率 71 4 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。另外 ,用复感宁方治疗RRTI,食欲不振、多汗、大便不调等症状改善方面亦优于西药组 (P <0 0 5 )。提示 :复感宁方对治疗肺脾气虚挟湿滞型RRTI有较好疗效 。cases of recolding children were treated with Li Yirui′s experience recipe,that is Fuganning Recipe.And it was compared with the western group.Results:Fuganning Recipe treating recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) was better than the western group(P<0.05).The treatment group′s all effective rate was 90.9% while the control group′s was 71.4%.So both had remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuganning Recipe treating RRTI′s lung-spleen defficiency and wetness stagnation syndrome has better effect than the western group.
