健康成人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数正常值调查

摘　　要：目的　建立健康成年人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数正常参考值。方法　使用三标荧光抗体及TriCOUNT计数管 ,分别对 2 98例健康成年人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行标记 ,采用FACSCaliburTM型流式细胞仪进行检测并分析结果 ,SPSS 10 .0软件进行统计学处理。结果　 18～ 5 7岁健康成年人外周血中CD3+ 细胞绝对计数值为 (12 4 2± 4 0 4 )个 / μl ;CD3+ CD4 + 细胞的绝对计数值为 (6 5 1± 2 0 9)个 / μl ;CD3+ CD8+ 细胞的绝对计数值为 (5 2 4±2 83)个 / μl ;CD3+ CD4 + CD8+ 细胞的绝对计数值为 (17± 10 )个 / μl。男性CD3+ 、CD3+ CD8+ 细胞数比女性显著升高(P <0 .0 1)。结论　在相同地域、相同种族 ,可以建立健康成年人外周血的T淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数正常参考值。Objective To establish the reference ranges in absolute counts for normal values of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in healthy Chinese adults. Methods After the samples of peripheral blood from 298 healthy Chinese adults were stained with fluorescein-conjugated monoclonal antibodies and TriCOUNT tubes, the T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed with FACSCalibur TM flow cytometer. Then the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. Results The 95% reference ranges in absolute counts per microliter of whole blood in healthy adults with the age 18-57 for CD3 +,CD3 +CD4 +,CD3 +CD8 + and CD3 +CD4 +CD8 + cells were ( 1 242±404) cells/μl,(651±209) cells/μl,(524±283) cells/μl and (17±10 )cells/μl,respectively.The values of CD3 + and CD3 +CD8 + cells were significantly higher in male subjects than in female subjects (P< 0.01). Conclusion The normal reference values of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in absolute counts can be established for Chinese adults of the same race living in the same region.
