反相高效液相色谱法测定氨噻肟酸乙酯的研究

摘　　要：建立了一种测定氨噻肟酸乙酯的反相高效液相色谱法 ,固定相为Hypersil ODS2 (4.6mmi.d.× 2 50mm ,5μm) ,流动相为乙腈 乙酸 水 (体积比为70∶0 .1∶30 ) ,检测波长 2 54nm。氨噻肟酸乙酯在 0 .0 1～ 60mg范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,相对标准偏差为 2 .7% (c=0 .1mg mL ,n =6) ,回收率在 99.4 %～ 1 0 2A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of ethyl aminothiazolyl oximate was established. Separation was carried out on hypersil ODS_2 column(4.6 mm i.d.×250 mm, 5 μm) with CH_3CN-HAc-H_2O(70∶0.1∶30 V/V/V) as mobile phase and detection at 254 nm. The linear relationship was in the range of 0.01～60 mg with correlation coefficient more than 0.9985. The recovery was between 99 4%～102.0% with the relative standard deviation of 2.7%(c=0.1 mg/mL, n=6).
