摘  要:研究了F-掩蔽Fe(Ⅲ ) ,2 ,4,6 三 (2′ 吡啶基 ) 1 ,3 ,5 三嗪 (TPTZ)作显色剂测定Fe(Ⅱ )和Fe(Ⅲ )的适宜条件。实验结果显示 :在 0~ 2 .0 μg mLFe(Ⅱ )范围内符合比耳定律 ,RSD≤ 2 .4% ,回收率范围 95 .6 %~ 1 0 3 .5 % ,吸光度至少稳定 1 2h ,ε593 =2 .2 7×1 0 4L·mol-1 ·cm-1 ,灵敏度是邻菲口罗啉法的 2倍。适用于同时测定水中Fe(Ⅱ )和Fe(Ⅲ )。Study on proper conditions for spectrophotometric determination of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) with 2,4,6-tri(2′-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine(TPTZ)as the chromogenic agent was performed. The experimental results showed that after masking Fe(Ⅲ) with fluoride, Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0~2.0 μg Fe(Ⅱ)/mL with the relative standard deviation(RSD)≤2.4%, the recovery of 95.6%~103.5%. The absorbance was stable for at least 12 h. The molar absorptivity (ε_(593)=2.27×10~4 (L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1))) in this study was almost twice higher than that for using 1,10-phenanthroline. The method was suitable to the simultaneous determination of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) in water samples.
