摘　　要：研制了一种能同时测量人体血清中钾、钠、氯、钙、碳酸氢盐含量并能计算阴离子间隙的全自动临床电解质分析仪。该仪器具有测量参数多 ,分析速度快 ,样品用量少 ,测量准确 ,操作方便等特点。介绍了测量原理、仪器结构、硬件和软件设计。临床应用表明 ,仪器能满足临床检验的要求。An automatic electrolyte analyzer has been developed for simultaneous determination of potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium and bicarbonate ions in serum. The instrument can also calculate gaps of anions. The instrument features multiparameter measurement, fast analysis, less sample consumption, high accuracy and convenient operation. The measurement principle, instrument structure, hardware and software designs are described. The applications show that the instrument can meet requirements of clinical test.
