摘　　要：尿液分析在临床检验中是一个重要的检测项目 ,红外光谱法的应用将可实现无试剂的尿液快速分析。介绍了采用光谱法对尿液样品主成分进行的近红外分析 ,实验中对最佳光程长作了选择与计算。实验结果证实了近红外光谱法用于尿液临床分析的可行性及优越性。Urine analysis is an important item of clinical test. The application of near infrared spectrometry to urine test can realize the rapid analysis free of reagents. The optimum length of optical path has been selected and calculated for analysis of principal components in urine samples. It is shown that the method is applicable to urine analysis in clinical tests.
