摘　　要：本文首先论述了在信息环境下 ,图书馆开展信息服务工作主要需要哪些方面的保障 ,然后进一步论述了这样的保障下 ,图书馆如何从改革运行机制、强化技术装备、优化资源配置、更新服务观念、扩大用户研究、提高馆员素质等方面更好地创新信息服务工作。This paper firstly discusses what guarantee library needs in developing information service work under information circumstances.Secondly,it discusses further the ways to carry out information service work by reforming running system,reinforcing technic equipment,optimize resource disposition,renewing service views,expanding user’s research and raising the personnel quality,etc.
