摘　　要：目的　探讨 80岁以上高龄病人胆道疾病的围手术期治疗。方法　回顾性分析手术治疗 2 7例病人的临床资料。结果　治愈 2 6例 ,死亡 1例 (3.7% ) ,术后并发症 4例 (1 4 .81 % )。结论　 80岁以上高龄病人并非手术治疗的禁忌症。经恰当的围手术期治疗 。Objective To study the perioperative management of biliary tract disease in elder patients over eighty years. Methods The clinical data of 27 patients suffered from operating with biliary tract disease was analyzed retrospectively. Results Twenty six cases were cured after operation, at the same time one died of AOSC and MOF (3.7%), postoperative complication took place in 4 cases (14.81%). Conclusion The patients with biliary tract disease over 80 years is not the contraindication of operation. They can go safely through operation by proper perioperative treatment.
