摘　　要：[目的]测定不同品种不同产地淫羊藿多糖的含量。[方法]采用苯酚 -硫酸法。[结果]不同品种淫羊藿多糖含量结果相差较大 ,其中朝鲜淫羊藿含多糖量稍高。To assay polysaccharides content of epimedium in different breed and source. Phend-sulfuric acid method was chosen.There was marked difference in the contents of polysaccharides of epimedium in different breed,of which the content of polysaccharides of epimedium in Korea was slightly higher.[Conclusion]There was no great difference on the contents of polysaccharides of epimedium in the same breed and different source.
