摘 要:对可用于扫描SQUID显微镜的磁聚焦器进行了初步研究 .提出了磁聚焦器的聚焦能力可以用聚焦参数K来描述 ,并得到聚焦参数由材料的磁导率和器件的退磁因子决定的理论公式 .同时 ,对直径为 0 .1mm坡莫合金线的磁聚焦特性进行了较为系统的研究 .得到了这种材料磁聚焦参数随器件长度和激励磁场 (电流 )变化的实验结果 .研究表明理论表达式可以较好地描写聚焦器的基本物理特征 .The properties of the magnetic concentration device (i.e. the concentrator) have been investigated for the potential application in scanning SQUID microscope. It was suggested that the feature of the concentrator can be characterized by a concentration parameter K ,and a simple model is then proposed,of which K is dependent on the magnetic permeability of the material and the demagnetization factor of the device. Systemic studies of permalloy wire with 0.1mm diameter have been carried out. Experimental results of dependences of the concentration parameter on device length and excited field (current) were obtained,respectively. It was established that the theoretical model can give a good description of the characteristic feature of the concentrator qualitatively.
