摘  要:离合器壳体属于重型汽车变速器的重要部件,是球墨铸铁件,牌号1E0596A(QT600-3).由于受结构所限,其热节分散排布,且离冒口位置较远,补缩通道不通畅,容易产生缩松缺陷。初步设计铸造工艺方案,生产后进行切片解剖验证,发现在冒口对面的铸件热节断面处存在缩松缺陷,且区域面积较大。通过在缩松部位的铸件顶部加发热冒口和粗排气针,并调整以前的过共晶铁水为共晶铁水,同时对铸造工艺进行改进,解决了铸件内部的缩松缺陷。Clutch housing is an important part of the transmission of heavy duty vehicle.Due to the limitation of the structure,the hot joints are distributed and far away from the riser,which leads to the unsmooth supplementary shrinkage channel and the shrinkage porosity defect.After preliminary design of casting process scheme,sectioning and anatomical verification were carried out after production.It was found that shrinkage porosity defect existed in the section of hot spot of casting opposite the riser,and the area was large.By adding hot riser and coarse exhaust needle to the top of the shrinkage cavity,the former eutectic molten iron was adjusted to be eutectic molten iron,and the casting process was improved,the shrinkage cavity defect in the casting was solved.
