小香羊群体遗传结构的RAPD分析

摘　　要：用扩增猪基因组筛选得到的 4 0条多态引物对 12份小香羊DNA样品进行RAPD分析 ,结果有 2 1条引物扩增出多态性谱带。用Nei公式计算群体内的遗传相似性指数 ,平均为 0 .95 92± 0 .0 0 82。结果表明 ,小香羊品种的遗传基础较单一 ,遗传多样性贫乏。Forty primers that generate polymorphic loci according to amplify pig genomes are used in random (amplified ) (polymorphism) DNA (RAPD) analysis of twelve small Xiang goat's DNA samples, and twenty-one of them (generate) (polymorphic) loci. The genetic similarity indexes among the population of small Xiang goats are calculated by Nei, and the (average) is 0.9592±0.0082. The result indicates that the breed's genetic structure of small Xiang goat is simple, and its genetic (diversity) is very low.
