摘 要:按全国统一鉴评标准分别对 2 35份和 116份国家编目的贵州稻种遗传资源进行了芽期、苗期的耐冷性鉴定评价。结果表明 :芽期表现高抗、抗和中抗的品种分别有 4 1份、73份和 5 8份 ,占供试样品的 17.5 %、31.0 %和 2 4 .7% ;苗期表现高抗和抗的品种有 90份 ,分别为 38.6 %和 15 .6 % ,占供试样品的 5 4 .2 % ;鉴定出芽、苗、穗三期表现抗 高抗的品种有35份。分析了稻种耐冷性表达与品种类型、原产地、植株形态。By the National Identifying Standards for cold tolerance, the characteristic of 235 and 116 specimens in rice (genetic) resources collected from Guizhou were evaluated at budding and seedling stage respectively. The results showed that 41 (specimens) were high tolerant (HT) to cold, 73 specimens tolerant (T) and 58 specimens moderate (tolerant) (MT) at budding stage, and 90 specimens in all were both T and HT to cold in the tested specimens at seedling stage, accounting for 15.6% and 38.6% respectively. The correlations between the expression of characteristic of cold tolerance in stress and types, origins of (traditional) varieties, morphological characters, and fertilization inner unopened glume were also analyzed. They were proved to be significant obviously. It can be (concluded) that growing in the plateau regions of Guizhou during the period of developing in stress was an effective approach to (assess) cold tolerance in rice germplasm.
