摘 要:拉伸改性羊毛外观和结构的变化 ,使其性能特点与常规羊毛有所不同。文章以OPTIMFine拉伸改性羊毛为对象 ,对其白度与亮度、摩擦性能、沸水收缩率、染色性能以及单纤维与束纤维强伸性能等进行了测试 ,并和超细支及细支等常规羊毛作了对比。研究结果表明 ,以拉伸改性羊毛为原料开发新产品 ,其加工工艺参数的制定与实施 ,要掌握低强度和低温加工原则 ,发挥其白度和亮度的优势 ,提高其抱合力 。When the appearance and the structure of the modified wool fiber is changed,its properties will be different from normal wool fiber.In this paper,OPTIM Fine wool fiber was chosen as the object of study,the whiteness,brightness,frictional properties,contraction rate in the boiled water,dyeing behavior,the strength and elongation of single fiber and fiber bundle are measured.Also,a comparison between the stretched wool and normal wool is made.The results show that the principle we should follow in the course of developing new products,working out process parameters of the stretched wool fiber and the blended products is to reduce strength and temperature so as to develop the superiority of whiteness and brightness,meanwhile,pay attention to enhance the cohesion and dyeing rate.
