摘  要:在考虑感应电动机等效电路参数非线性的基础上 ,研究了游梁式抽油机电动机有功及无功综合节能的机理和途径。首先根据感应电动机的相量图 ,求出了在不同工况下感应电势与端电压之间的关系。进而通过磁路分析 ,研究了等效电路参数与感应电势之间的非线性关系 ,以及铁耗、定转子铜耗与转差率的非线性关系。最后提出游梁式抽油机电动机可采用调压节能、电容器动态补偿节能、星形 三角形变换调压节能等方法实现综合节能 ,并以可控硅自动投切电容器为实例 。The theory and method of synthetic energy saving for beam pumping untis is investigated based on a consideration of the nonlinear parameters of the induction motor. Firstly, the relationship between the induced electromotive force (EMF) and the terminal voltage under different operation conditions is worked out with the phasor graph of the induction motor. Then,the nonlinear relationship between the parameters of equivalent circuit and EMF is investigated by analyzing the magnetic circuit, and the relationship between the iron losses, copper losses and the slip is analyzed as well. Finally, by the taking the SCR switching capacitor as an example, the methods for power saving of beam pumping units are presented.
