ZBB—1型波纹管保护气举阀的研制与应用

摘　　要：为了维持文东油田气举井的正常生产 ,在气举井开井时 ,利用压井液排液来实现操作阀工作 ,以增加气举井举升深度。在气举井开井排液时 ,压井液由油套环空经气举阀进入油管内 ,易造成气举阀的核心部件波纹管的伤害 ,影响气举阀的工作寿命。新研制出的ZBB— 1型波纹管保护气举阀可有效地解决这一问题 ,通过现场应用 2 0井次 ,与普通ZBG型气举阀相比 ,检阀周期平均延长 6 3d ,平均举升深度增加 2 4 2m ,累计增油 4In order to ensure the normal production of gas lift wells in Wendong Oilfield, the operating valve is actuated by means of the kill fluid drainage to increase the lifting depth while the well is producing. However, when the kill fluid enters the tubing from the tubing-casing annulus through the gas lift valve, the core part of the gas lift valve, the bellows, is apt to be damaged, therefore the life of the valve may be shortened. A newly-developed gas lift valve, Model ZBB-1 gas lift valve with protected bellows, can solve this problem effectively. The structure and operating principle of the valve are described. And its room test is introduced and service effect are commented.
