摘　　要：网络化协同设计过程是一个强调多主体、协同性、共同性和灵活性的过程 ,需要有针对性的好的管理方法和工具的支持。本文提出了网络化协同设计过程管理方法的层次结构 ,将网络化协同设计过程管理方法分为三个层次 :资源共享型管理、实时交互型管理和任务协调型管理 ,并分别进行了阐述。本文同时还介绍了课题组开发的网络化协同设计过程管理工具的实例。Network collaborative design process is a flexible procedure, which emphasizes multi-object, coordination, community and flexibility, and needs to be supported with excellent management methods and good management tools.This paper brings forward the hiberarchy of management methods of network collaborative product design process. This hiberarchy consists of three parts: share-resource management, real time communion management and task coordination management. The cases of management tools of network collaborative product design process developed by the research group have been made as examples.
