摘 要:目的:用GC/MS测定超临界流体CO2萃取的萼果香薷精油的化学成分,并对他们的药理作用进行分析研究。方法:分别按加改性剂与不加改性剂用超临界流体CO2萃取法萃取萼果香薷中的精油。用GC/MS法鉴定精油中的化学成分。最佳优化萃取条件:压力25.5 Pa,温度45℃,时间10 min,CO2液态萃取量4 mL,改性剂乙醚-氯仿(1:1)0.2 mL。GC/MS条件:SE-54型石英毛细管柱(0.32 μm×30 m,0.25 μm),柱温从45℃开始(保持3 min)3℃·min-1 280℃;分流进样,分流比1:50;气化室温度260℃,EI检测器,温度为230℃。结果:共鉴定出47种成分,占该精油总成分的83%,其中百里香酚12.64%,乙酸百里酯6.47%,香薷酮5.67%,二十烷-6-酮4.73%,1,8-桉叶油酸3.89%,β-桉叶油醇3.69%,香荆芥酚2.34%。结论:本方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于中草药精油的化学成分分析。Objective: The chemical components of Elsholtzia densa Benth essential oils extracted by supercritical CO2 were determined by GC/MS analysis. And their pharmacodynamics was also studied. Method:The components of essential oils were analyzed by GC/MS. The best condition for extracting: Pressure 25. 5 Pa, temperature 45℃ , time 10 minute, CO2 4 mL, the modified dose ( CH3 CH2) 2 O- CHCl3 ( 1: 1) 0. 2 mL; GC/MS conditions: SE - 54 (0. 32μm×30 m,0. 25 μm) ;column temperature 45℃ (retaining 3 min) 280 ℃;Split injection,split ratio 1:50; injection temperature 260℃; EI detector; Detector temperature 230 ℃. Results; There are 47 ingredients from Elsholtzia densa Benth that composed of 80. 76% of the total essential oil. The major components are thymol ( 12. 64% ) , thymol acetate ( 6. 47% ) , elsholziaketone ( 5. 67% ) , arachinyl - 6 - one ( 4. 73% ) , 1,8 - cinede (3. 89%) ,β-eudesmol (3. 69% ) , carvocrol ( 2. 34% ). Conclusion: The method is reliable, stabilize and with good repeatability, this method can be applied to the analysis of the essential oil components that was extracted from Chinese traditional medicine components.
