摘　　要：通过对LCA影响评价定性法和定量法介绍,分析了当前影响评价的发展动态及存在的问题,并提出了用Lepold矩阵对影响评价进行分析。ELECTRE is a method of multiple attribute decision-making.This paper proposes that outranking relationship is established at some risk and this idea can be used to risk decision-making.According to the (idea,) this paper presents risk decision making method based on ELECTRE and analyses the gained partial (ordering) structure.Finally,it gives actual examples to demonstnate simpleness and practicality of the method (proposed.)
