摘　　要：宪法是根本法。宪法在整个法律体系中居于核心地位,具有自己独有的品格。从宪法的价值论阐释,也即宪法的功用阐释,宪法是立国之法、治国之法和强国之法;从宪法的本体论阐释,宪法是权利之法和权力之法。Constitution is a basic law , more than an ordinary law .Constitution , as the core of the whole legal system , has its special characters .In a word , constitution , in a view of value or function , is a law to create a country , to rule a country, to strengthen a country ; In a view of ontology ,constitution is a law to protect human rights and control national power.
