摘　　要：区域经济一体化已成为国际经济关系发展的重要现象,本文着重对于重要区域性国际经济组织演进及其政策和法律层面的介绍,指出区域经济组织对于国际经济秩序重建将形成冲击和挑战。最后从多边贸易体制与区域经济一体化的法律互动提出我国构建大中华自由贸易区所应注意解决的法律障碍。The integration of regional economy has become an important phenomenon of the development of international economic organizations as well as the policies and legal system. And this thesis points out that regional economic organizations exert shock and challenges towards international economic order. Finally, this thesis presents the legal barriers that should be paid attention when founding large and medium scale free trade zones in China from the aspect of interaction between multi- lateral system and integration of regional economic.
