摘　　要：社会契约思想在西方源远流长,影响深远。它以自由、平等、人权为基石,影响着西方宪政的产生、发展。本文从社会契约思想及其与西方宪政的关系入手,结合我国宪政中存在的某些问题进行了分析,认为社会契约思想在我国的推广,将会推动我国宪政的完善与发展。Social contract theory has a long history in western country. It bases on freedom equality and human rights and affects the creation and development of western constitutionalism. Through the relationship of social contract theory and western constitutionalism combined with the analysis of present problems in China this paper concluded that the widespread of social contract theory will motivate the development and improvement of constitutionalism in China.
