摘　　要：目的　探讨用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法　采用改良 S-P切口切开复位带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植及多螺钉内固定治疗青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折 1 8例。结果　经 1 .5～ 5年随访 ,优良率为 88.8% ,疗效满意。结论　带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣具有充足血供 ,能明显提高股骨颈骨折的治愈率 ,减少股骨头无菌性坏死的发生 。Objective To study the curative effect of pedicled bone flap transposition of deep iliac circumflex blood vessel old on femoral neck fracture in young adults.Methods Eighteen cases of old femoral neck fracture in young adults were treated with multiple screws and pedicled bone flap transposition with deep iliac circumflex blood vessel.Results The excellent rate was 88.8% after following up for 1.5～5 years.The curative effects were satisfactory.Conclusion The pedicled iliac osteoperiosteal flap possesses adeguate supply of blood and can improve the healing of the fracture and reduce the rate of aseptic necrosis of femoral head,which is a valuable method to treat old femoral neck fracture in young adults.
