摘  要:为评价三氟啶磺隆对棉花的安全性,采用温室盆栽法测定了22种棉花对三氟啶磺隆的耐药性差异及其机制。结果显示,三氟啶磺隆45 g/hm2(有效成分,余同)处理对不同棉花品种苗期鲜重及株高抑制作用差异显著,其中对鲁棉研40、银兴4、K638、创鲁1、德利农5的鲜重和株高抑制率相对较低,分别为8.60%~13.11%和10.26%~11.84%,而对鲁H498、鲁棉研36、鲁棉研28的鲜重和株高抑制率相对较高,分别为32.21%~38.26%和20.68%~22.66%。乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)活性测定表明,鲁棉研40、鲁H498离体ALS对三氟啶磺隆的敏感性无显著差异;在活体条件下,两棉花ALS相对活性先减小,后逐渐恢复,且鲁棉研40恢复能力强。经三氟啶磺隆处理后,鲁棉研40谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)变化幅度较鲁H498大且反应时间短,鲁棉研40在处理后3 d达到最大值1.53,鲁H498在处理后5 d达到最大值1.45。研究表明,不同棉花品种对三氟啶磺隆耐药性的差异源于GSTs对三氟啶磺隆的代谢差异,与靶标酶ALS对三氟啶磺隆的敏感程度无关。In order to evaluate the security of trifloxysulfuron to cotton,the mechanisms of tolerance to trifloxysulfuron in 22 cotton varieties were determined using the pot-culture method in the laboratory. Dose-response experiments indicated that there was significant difference in the fresh weight and plant length of different cotton varieties under treatment with trifloxysulfuron at 45 g / hm2(effective constituent, hereinafter the same). In detailed,Lumianyan 40,Yinxing 4,K638,Chuanglu 1 and Delinong 5 had low inhibition rate of fresh weight(8. 60%- 13. 11%) and plant length(10. 26%- 11. 84%),while variety Lu H498, Lumianyan 36 and Lumianyan 28 showed high inhibition rate of fresh weight(32. 21%-38. 26%) and plant length(20. 68%- 22. 66%). The acetolactate synthase(ALS) activity assay showed that in vitro ALS sensitivity to trifloxysulfuron was not significantly different between Lumianyan 40 and Lu H498. The in vivo ALS activity decreased first,and then recovered gradually after trifloxysulfuron treatment. Moreover, strong recovery capability was founded in Lumianyan 40. Glutathione S-transferases( GSTs) activity assay indicated that Lumianyan 40 expressed a bigger activity shift than Lu H498 after trifloxysulfuron treatment. Lumianyan 40 showed a highest relative GST activityof 1. 53 at 3 d,while Lu H498 reached the maximum of 1. 45 at 5 d. This study suggested that the tolerance to trifloxysulfuron in various cotton varieties due to the enhancement of cotton's GSTs activity, however,didn't contribute to the sensitivity of ALS to trifloxysulfuron.
