摘 要:为阐明不同环境温度对星豹蛛过冷却能力的影响,采用热敏电阻阻值法研究了其在不同月份及高低温诱导后的过冷却能力变化趋势。结果表明,星豹蛛的过冷却点和体液结冰点存在显著的季节性规律,即过冷却点:越冬后(3月份)<越冬前(10月份)<夏季(7月份),雌蛛<雄蛛;结冰点:越冬前(10月份)<越冬后(3月份)<夏季(7月份),雄蛛<雌蛛。室内模拟高温诱导后,星豹蛛的过冷却点和结冰点均高于对照;低温诱导后,随着温度的升高,过冷却点和结冰点呈先下降后升高的趋势,且只有4℃诱导的过冷却点低于对照,达到了-9.03℃,结冰点为-6.1℃。表明高温诱导没有使星豹蛛的过冷却能力升高,而适宜的低温诱导可使过冷却能力升高,耐寒性增强,与田间测定结果一致,说明外界环境温度的诱导是影响星豹蛛过冷却能力变化的重要因素。In order to clarify the effects of ambient temperature on the supercooling point( SCP) of Pardosa astrigera,the thermistor-based method was used to investigate the seasonal changes as well as both high-and low-temperature induction variations in the supercooling ability. The results showed the noticeable seasonal patterns of the SCP and the freezing point( FP) of P. astrigera. The SCP in the postwinter( March),pre-winter( October) and summer( July) decreased sequentially,and the SCP of female spiders was lower than that of males. The FP,however,decreased in pre-winter( October) and then increased in post-winter( March) and summer( July) gradually,and the FP of male spiders was lower than that of females. After the indoor simulated high-temperature induction,both the SCP and FP were higher than those of the control. And the SCP and FP showed a V-shaped trend after the indoor simulated low-temperature induction,and the SCP was less than that of the control only when the induction at 4 ℃,with a SCP of- 9. 03 ℃ and FP of- 6. 1 ℃. The high-temperature induction did not increase the supercooling capability of P. astrigera and a reasonable low-temperature induction could increase the supercooling capability for better cold tolerance,which was coincided with the field test results,indicating that the ambient temperature was an important factor that lead to the change in the supercooling capability of P. astrigera.
