摘  要:为探讨蚜虫报警信息素反-β-法尼烯(E-β-farnesene,EβF)对菜蚜的控制作用,用地统计学方法分析了大白菜田释放EβF后,菜蚜及其主要天敌瓢虫的空间分布格局的变化。不同调查时期菜蚜种群半方差函数拟合模型表明,菜蚜在EβF释放田和对照田均呈聚集分布。释放EβF 42 d后,对照田菜蚜种群高密度聚集区在对照田中部出现,而EβF释放田在距离中心释放点约6 m范围内没有菜蚜种群高密度聚集区出现。在对照田和EβF释放田,瓢虫在空间范围和数量上均表现出对菜蚜的跟随作用,在EβF释放田离释放点5~6 m范围内瓢虫出现的频率高。说明EβF释放后尽管不能改变菜蚜的聚集分布模式,但可以通过吸引天敌瓢虫来抑制6 m范围内菜蚜的种群增长。To investigate the efficacy of aphid alarm pheromone E-β-farnesene( EβF) against two aphid species,Myzus persicae( Sulzer) and Lipaphis erysimi( Kaltenbach) on Chinese cabbage in the field,the geostatistical method was adopted to analyze the alternation of spatial distribution patterns of the aphids and three species of lady beetles,Coccinella septempunctata Linnaeus,Harmonia axyridis( Pallas) and Propylaea japonica( Thunberg) after EβF release. The semivariogram fitting models for all sampling data showed that the aphids presented in an aggregated distribution in both the EβF release and control fields.As EβF released for 42 days,the high-density aggregation area of the aphids occurred in the center of the control field. However,there was no high-density aggregation area of the aphids presented about 6 meters around the EβF released sites. The amount and spatial distribution of the lady beetles were closely related to those of the aphids in the control and the EβF released fields,but a great number of lady beetles appeared from 5 to 6 meters around the EβF release sites. It suggested that EβF could attract lady beetles to suppress aphid population,although it did not alter the aggregated distribution pattern of the aphids in the cabbage field.
