摘　　要：目的　了解不同年龄、文化程度以及不同梗死次数的患者对心肌梗死相关知识的需求情况 ,为制定针对性健康教育方案提供依据。方法　采用自制调查问卷 ,对 6 2例急性心肌梗死患者进行调查。结果　 5 0岁以下组对病理及体力活动知识的需求程度高于 5 0岁以上组 ;大专以上组对病理生理及自我保健知识的需求程度均高于中专组。结论　对患者进行健康教育时 ,应针对其具体需要进行。Objactive To study the demand for health education in patients with myocardial infarction with regard to age,sex,education level and frequency of myocardial infarction in order to set up a guideline for specific health education among these patients.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was conducted in 62 patients with myocardial infarction.Results The result of this study indicated that the demand for pathology of the disease and knowledge about physical activities was stronger in patients < 50 years than those > 50 years;the demand for pathophysiology of the disease and knowledge about self health care was stronger in patients with junior college background than those who had secondary technical school education.Conclusion Health education should be conducted individually.
