环保型脲醛树脂胶合成工艺的探讨

摘　　要：研究了环保型脲醛树脂胶的合成工艺及配方。实验得出:添加1%的聚乙烯醇、反应温度60～65℃、反应时间2.0～2.5h、甲醛与尿素的摩尔比1.3,合成的脲醛树脂胶游离甲醛含量小于0.2%,性能指标满足GB/T14732-93标准要求。Environment-protecting type urea-formaldehyde resin was synthetized under the following conditions: polyvinyl alcohol 1%, reaction temperature 60～65℃, reaction time 2.0～2.5h, the mloe ratio of formaldehyde to urea 1.3. The free-formaldehyde content in the resin is under 0.2% and all performance indices meet the indices required by National Standard GB/T 14732-93.
