摘　　要：以习近平同志为总书记的党中央,继续高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,与时俱进,大胆创新,从当今世界的时代特征和我国仍然处于社会主义初级阶段的基本国情出发,在总结历史经验和新鲜经验的基础上,提出了一系列新理念、新政策,既充分体现了毛泽东思想和邓小平理论,又立意新颖,观点鲜明,寓意深刻,内容全面。概括起来有十五个新,极大地丰富、发展、完善了中国特色社会主义理论宝库,有效地指导中国特色社会主义事业的发展,带领全国人民朝着实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的宏伟目标胜利前进。The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,holds high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics,keeps up with the times,innovates boldly.In light of China's basic situation,that is,it is still at the primary stage of socialism,and on the basis of historical and new experiences,it has put forward a series of new concepts and policies,which can be summed up in '15 News',which hasgreatly enriched,developed and perfected the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and effectively guided China's socialist undertaking,and will lead the people forward to the goal of realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
