深刻理解党的十九大精神的四重伟大意义

摘　　要：党的十九大是在全面建成小康社会决胜阶段、中国特色社会主义进入新时代的关键时期召开的一次十分重要的大会。具有四重伟大意义。从政治意义看,明确中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国共产党始终是建设中国社会主义现代化、实现中华民族伟大复兴坚强正确的政治领导力量,把维护以习近平同志为核心的党中央权威和集中统一领导写入党章。从历史意义看,十九大是党的历史上又一次承前启后、继往开来的重要会议,使中国特色社会主义以更加坚定的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信屹立于世界。从理论意义看,把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想确立为党的指导思想,实现了马克思主义与中国实际相结合的又一次历史性飞跃,开辟了21世纪马克思主义发展新境界。从实践意义看,明确了我国发展新的历史方位、社会主要矛盾新变化、新时代中国共产党历史使命,"两个十五年"的战略安排和"两个一百年"奋斗目标。The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a meeting of great importance taking place during the decisive stage in building a prosperous society in all respects and at a critical moment as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Its significance lies in four respects. From political perspective,it makes clearly that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the Party is the strong and correct political force in leading China's modernization drive and the strive for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and that it includes upholding the authority of the Central Committee with Xi Jinping at the core into the Party Constitution. From historic perspective,the 19 th National Congress is another important meeting in the Party history that builds on past successes to further advance the Party's cause,and enables socialism with Chinese characteristics to stand tall and firm in the world with greater confidence in its path,theory,system and culture. From theoretical perspective,the Congress sets Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guide to action for the Party,which is a great leap in combining Marxism with Chinese realities,opening new ground for the development of Marxism in the 21 st century. From practical perspective,it makes clear the new historic juncture of China's development,new shift in major social contradiction,the Party's historic mission in the new era, " the two 15-year" strategic vision and the " two-centenary" goals.
