摘　　要：目的:优选出健脾通腑颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用药效筛选的方法,以小鼠小肠炭末推进率为指标,初步筛选制备工艺;采用单因素考察,以挥发油提取量为指标,以加水倍量、浸泡时间、提取次数为因素筛选提油工艺;采用单因素考察和正交试验法,以芍药苷提取率和固形物得率为指标,以提取次数、提取时间、加水倍量为考察因素优化提取工艺并进行验证试验。结果:最佳提取工艺为:枳壳、陈皮、柴胡和白术加10倍量水蒸馏提取挥发油6 h,药液备用;药渣与其余药材一起,提取3次,第一次加8倍量水,第二、三次分别加6倍量水,每次提取2 h,滤过,合并滤液,加入提油后的药液。结论:该提取工艺相对较优,可作为健脾通腑颗粒的提取方法。Objective:To optimize the optimum extraction process of Jianpitongfu granules.Methods:With the small intestine carbon powder propulsion rate in mice as index,pharmacological efficacy test was used to screen the preparation technology.The volatile oil extraction was optimized by single factor test using the content of quality of volatile oil as the index,and added water,extract time and extract times as factors.The extraction technology was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test using the contents of extraction rate of paeoniflorin and solid as indexes,and extract times,extract time and added water as factors.And the verification test was carried out.Results:The optimical extraction technology condition was as follows,Aurantii Fructus,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Bupleuri Radix and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma were extracted to get volatile oil with ten-folds water of herbs for 6 h,the extract kept spare.Residues combined with other herbs were extracted for three times,two hours each time,and eight-folds water of herbs was added for the first times,six-folds water of herbs was added for the second and third times,respectively.After filtration,the extracts were combined,and the liquid extract of volatile oil was added.Conclusions:The extraction technology is relatibely excellent,it can be used as the extraction method for Jianpitongfu granules.
