活血化瘀法治疗先兆流产文献的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价活血化瘀法治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:检索中国知网、重庆维普全文数据库、万方数据库及PUBMED数据库关于活血化瘀法治疗先兆流产的对照试验文献,筛选文献并提取数据,运用Revman 5. 3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的文献共14篇累计1365例患者,试验组739例,对照组626例;合并效应量OR=3. 26,其95%的可信区间为(2. 40,4. 43),检验结果 Z=7. 57,P<0. 00001。结论:当前文献数据表明,活血化瘀法治疗先兆流产临床疗效高于对照组,其选用活血药物大多为比较温和的养血活血或活血止血类的药物,但因所纳入研究的文献质量较低且存在发表偏倚,缺乏大数据、大样本、高质量的临床研究,未能得出全面肯定的结论,仍需高质量研究的进一步验证。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of promoting the blood circulation for removing the blood stasis in treating threatened abortion.Methods: To retrieve the documents about the promoting the blood circulation for removing the blood stasis in treating threatened abortion from CNKI,VIP,WANGFANG and PUBMED databases,extract the data by screening the documents and using Revman 5. 3 software to proceed the meta-analysis.Result: There are 14 documents that meet with the inclusive criteria,including 1365 patients,739 cases of experimental group and 626 cases of controlled group.The combined effect side OR = 3. 26,95% confidence interval is( 2. 40,4. 43),the testing result Z = 7. 57,P < 0. 00001.Conclusion: The current data shows that promoting the blood circulation for removing the blood stasis in treating threatened abortion gets better efficacy than the controlled group.Most of the drugs used for blood circulation are mild blood circulation or blood hemostasis.However,because of the inferior quality and publication bias from the inclusive documents,lack of big data,large sample and high-quality clinical trials,the fully affirmed conclusion have not been drawn,which need highquality trials to be validated.
