孟河医派费氏治疗带下病用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,探索孟河医派费氏治疗带下病的组方用药规律。方法:收集孟河医派费氏治疗带下病的医案,将所载方剂整理录入至中医传承辅助平台V2. 5进行分析。结果:共筛选纳入方剂20首药物95味,高频药前3位依次为石斛、甘草、麦冬,常用药对前3位为石斛-麦冬、石斛-甘草、石斛、女贞子,关联系数大于0. 07的药对共17对,核心组合10组新处方5首。结论:孟河医派费氏治疗带下病主张以养阴清热化湿为主,养阴则偏重于养胃阴,同时注意佐以甘缓平淡之品顾护胃气,体现其'醇正和缓'的学术思想,标本同治,带下自安。Objective:To explore the prescription rule of patients with leukorrheal diseases by MengHe Medicine School of Fei,based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5)software.Methods:Collected medical literatures of MengHe Medicine School of Fei,and recorded them into v2.5,and then analyzed.Results:20 prescriptions and 95 herbs were selected.The top three high-frequency herbs were Dendrobe,Liquorice and Dwarf Lilyturf Tuber.The first three common herb combinations were Dendrobe-Dwarf Lilyturf Tuber,Dendrobe-Liquorice,Dendrobe-Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.There were 17 pairs of herb pairs with correlation coefficient greater than 0.07,10 main core combinations and 5 new prescriptions.Conclusion:MengHe Medicine School of Fei advocates mainly nourishing Yin and clearing away heat in treating patients with leukorrheal diseases.While nourishing Yin emphasizes on nourishing stomach Yin,at the same time,pays attention to protecting stomach Qi with mild herbs and mind tastes,which embodies its academic experience of mellow and mild.The disease is treated both the incidental and fundamental aspects,thus effectively recovering from the leukorrheal diseases.
